The Rochester West Indian Festival Organization, Inc. (RWIFO) Carifest Parade is made possible with the help of your participation.

Every year, the City of Rochester comes alive for RWIFO's annual Carifest Festival and Parade. Now in it's 37th year, the parade will make its way through downtown Rochester, NY on August 10, 2024. The Rochester West Indian Festival Organization is welcoming applicants to participate in the 37th Annual Carifest Parade. We made some changes to the rules this year, please review them prior to submitting your application. The application is below, it must be submitted by the July 19th, 2024 at 5:00 PM deadline.
